Job description

We are looking for a dynamic management assistant, who enjoys supporting and communicating with people on different levels and being responsible for the planning and organizational duties involved in maintaining a business.

 

As our management assistant, you are responsible for achieving a welcoming office culture by creating an awesome, clean and efficient office experience. You will also work alongside the management team to enable them to focus on their core responsibilities.



Key responsibilities

  • Manage visitor & telephone reception
  • Responsible for secretarial and administrative support of the highest quality standard
  • Assist and coordinate complex and changing calendar management
  • Raise travel requests; book flights, hotel accommodation, organize meetings, produce itineraries/agenda
  • Compile and submit corporate business expenses
  • General administration (handling mailbox, copying and scanning)
  • Maintain a clean and efficient office that maximizes team productivity 
  • Manage cafeteria, (healthy) snacks and office supplies 
  • Manage vendors, negotiation and bidding for office supplies, catering, furniture and related equipment.
  • General administrative support to the CEO and management team
  • Support team event organization
