As part of the behavior change team, you will be involved in creating innovative scalable digital solutions driving behavior change in various domains, ranging from mobility to the self-management of chronic diseases.
We are looking for people that bring an energetic and creative approach to work, understand the mobility, well-being, and health questions of today and have good vision on the future. You will be working with the brightest minds in Data Science, Engineering and Behavioural Change.
Based on your experience in behavior change and your knowledge of digital coaching, you create intuitive but effective mobile solutions that create sustainable behavior change in close collaboration with the behavior change team.
You are involved in every aspect of intervention mapping, from conceptualization to evaluation of effectiveness.
In the process, you consciously implement a well-considered selection of behavior change techniques, translating these from theory to practice (i.e. the smartphone screen and the short attention span of smartphone users).
You keep long-term user engagement in mind as a prerequisite for customer satisfaction and substantial sustainable behavior change (and relapse prevention).
You create appealing content and advice, and interactive tools, quizzes, tests, etc.
You work together with our designers to create an intuitive and as-simple-as-possible UX, always with the premise of behavior change in mind.
You work together with our data scientists to develop new events, moments, segments and scores that you need to change behavior.

You are passionate about contextualized behavior change.
You are passionate about how technology and data science can drive behavior change.
You are familiar with the “Taxonomy of behavior change techniques”.
You are knowledgeable of other relevant frameworks, e.g. behavioral economics and gamification, ‘hooked’ model, persuasive systems design, neuropsychology.
You can work independently, but are open to being challenged on your ideas.
You keep track of the relevant literature and innovations that, if integrated, will consolidate Sentiance’s spearheading role.
You hold a degree in psychology or behavior change.
You have at least two years experience in digital coaching and/or preventive psychology or a related field.
